I made an accidental purchase in one of your games. How can I request a refund?

iOS/App Store

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  • If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  • Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

Android/Google Play Store

I had a subscription for one of your games. How can I cancel?

Subscriptions are being carried out by the platforms so you can go to Google's or Apple's instruction page and follow the steps to cancel any subscription.

I play your games. How can I share feedback or report a bug?

You can send feedback, bug reports, fan messages, or anything on our Contact page. We love hearing from our players! If you want to report a bug, just make sure to include the name of the game, your device model, and the app version so the team can quickly look into the issue.
